  11. Subj: Corrective Action Needed in thuh Formin' Area

  14.          Our customer, mostly, the Metalization Module, man, has a list of items they have
  15. identified for corrective action by thuh Formin' area. I will list thuh actions
  16. that we must take to meet their requirements.
  17.  
  18.          1.  Us guys must ensure a consistent delivery of JB's to thuh Metalization
  19. Module.  Like, ya know, this means one 'D' lot per shift of approximately 1.1 million pieces
  20. from thuh Express Module and two 'H' lots per day.  Any time a JB
  21. lot comes off Harper 5 or out of a cladan that lot has priority
  22. to get to thuh Metalization module.  I never want to see a
  23. complete JB lot sittin' in thuh furnace area.

  25.          2.  The weight of thuh boxes of product we send to thuh Metalzation
  26. Module must not exceed 16 pounds. Like, ya know, this equates to puttin' no more than 1 inch
  27. of ware in a box.  To achieve this we will do thuh followin':

  29.                 A.  Put only 1 cladan per box of ware.
  30.  
  31.                 B.  Unload no more than 5 pusher tiles of ware per box off
  32.                     Harper 5.

  34. To check ourselves, fer shure, no box sent to thuh Metalization module should contain more
  35. than 200,000 pieces and if it is like, ya know, over, mostly, we must split thuh lot into more boxes.

  37.          3.  The computer for thuh '.1 JB Cont Line' has been modified to accept
  38. piece count.  After you enter thuh number of cladans, man, clear thuh pieces column
  39. and enter thuh actual weighed piece count.

  41.          4.  Fill out lot cards completely and correctly, mostly, all incorrect lot
  42. cards will be like wow! treated as a serious performance issue.
  43.  
  44.          5.  Like, there will be PDC's issued over thuh next week dealin' with angle
  45. cuts, like, and loadin'/unloadin' pallets.  Read them and follow their procedures.
